The Lineage2Ivy portal is created on the personal initiative of a group of people, professionals in the field of Internet technologies and game lovers Lineage 2, gives you (to the individual, then the Player) access to the servers of a private non-commercial version of the game Lineage II (hereinafter Game). The servers are based on the Interlude chronicles, created and intended for those who want to familiarize themselves with the game. If you want to play the full official version of Lineage II, you should visit the official server. All rights to the Games client and the software used by the Player are owned by NCsoft.

Since the registration is confirmed, you automatically agree to these rules. Ignorance of the rules does not absolve from responsibility for their violation. If you do not agree with any point of the rules of the Service - you are obliged to abandon the game on the servers of the portal L2IVY.

The Administration reserves the right to make any changes to the Rules of the Service without prior notice to the Player. All Players must independently track changes in the rules.

1. General Provisions

1.1 All accounts, as well as all their contents, are the property of the Administration.

1.2 A player has the right to register two or more accounts.

1.3 When registering an account, the Player undertakes to indicate a valid e-mail, and during the entire period of using the account, do not lose and do not transfer access to the specified e-mail address.

1.4 Responsibility is borne by the Player who registered the account, regardless of who acted under this account.

1.5 It is forbidden to transfer the data of your accounts to third parties.
Punishment: blocking all accounts.

1.6 CATEGORALLY FORBIDDEN to access other people's accounts, even at the request of the Player who registered this account.
Punishment: removal of all accounts of the intruder without the possibility of recovery.

1.7 The administration does not bear responsibility for the occurrence of any damage as a result of the game on the servers of the Service.

1.8 The Administration is not responsible for the temporary or permanent inability to play on the servers of the Service by a specific person or group of persons.

1.9 The Administration reserves the right to make any changes to the servers and website without prior notice to the Player.

1.10 The administration does not interfere in the game process, except for cases of violation of the rules, the implementation of planned activities or current work.

1.11 In case of violation of rules, the Administration may at any time, without explanation of reasons, close access to the Service to a specific Player or a group of Players, and also block access to the Service by IP or subnet.

1.12 In the event of a violation of any rule clause in relation to the Player, the Player may file a complaint to the Administration by e-mail or from a personal cabinet, providing evidence of the violation (screenshots, video).

2. Interaction with the Administration

2.1 It is forbidden to apply to the Administration without emergency and flood into a private chat. Flood means questions not related to the game, as well as phrases such as "hi", "hello", "are you here?", "Can the question?", "Ay", etc. Addressing to the representative of the Administration, the Player must fully state the issue, clearly formulating the problem, and wait for a response. (The server administration reserves the right not to answer questions)

2.3 It is forbidden to disrespect and threaten the Administration or the project.
Punishment: prison from 2 hours, until account lockout.

2.4 It is forbidden to attack GMs in the game, without their prior consent.
Punishment: account suspension until the account is deleted.

2.5. Gambling with GM is prohibited, please, discussion of punishment and challenging the actions of the Administration.
Punishment: prison from 2 hours, until account lockout.

2.6 Intervention in the work of the Administration is prohibited.
Punishment: prison from 1 hour, until account lockout.

2.7 The deception of the Administration is prohibited.
Punishment: prison from 1 hour, until the removal of the account.

2.8 It is prohibited to publish interviews with a representative of the Administration, or their contents without prior approval.
Punishment: account lockout.

2.9 It is forbidden to spread rumors, slander about the Service and the Administration.
Penalty: Account lockout, until account is deleted.

2.10 When a representative of the Administration appears in the immediate vicinity of the Player, it is necessary to suspend any hostilities, especially if they are directed against the character near which the representative of the Administration appeared.
Punishment: a prison of 2 hours.

2.11 In case of controversial situations, the Player has the right to file a complaint to the Administration by e-mail, or from a personal cabinet, providing evidence of violation (screenshots, video)

3. Chat conversations

3.1 It is forbidden to flood in private to another player, if he is against this flood.
Punishment: a prison of 2 hours.

3.2 Prohibited malicious begging (accompanied by a flood in the chat).
Punishment: ban chat for 1 day.

3.3 Prohibited threats in any of their manifestations towards the Players of the Service, as well as any manifestations of racism or nationalism.
Punishment: The prison is from 1 hour until the account is deleted.

3.4 It is forbidden to insult parents in any form, whether direct or indirect manifestations of disrespect towards the parents of one of the Service Players.
Punishment: account ban, up to blocking all accounts.

3.5 It is prohibited to use obscene language and insult other players in all chat rooms of the game.
Punishment: prison from 20 min.

3.6 It is prohibited to use obscene expressions and insult other players in the game's hi-chat.
Punishment: prison from 10 hours, until account lockout.

3.7 It is forbidden in the general chatroom to leave messages that violate the laws of the Russian Federation.
Punishment: removal of the game account.

3.8 It is forbidden explicit or indirect advertising of other online projects, sexual services, as well as placement of materials of erotic or pornographic nature.
Punishment: removal of the game account.

3.9 It is forbidden to publish the content of a private chat with anyone, without the prior consent of the other party (the exception of a message about violation of rules by another Player).
Penalty: blocking the chat from 2 days, until the account is locked.

3.10. It is forbidden to impersonate the Administration or an authorized representative of the Administration, as well as create characters with names similar to those of the Administration, in which the phrases GM, ADM or Admin are present.
Punishment: removal of all game accounts.

4. Interaction with the players, the game process.

4.1 It is forbidden to use words and expressions that offend other Players or contain profanity in the names of characters, titles and names of clans.
Punishment: in the case of the clan - the disbanding of the clan, and blocking the account of the clan leader; in the case of a character - account lockout.

4.2 It is forbidden to intentionally create situations in which Players can not allocate an NPC without using the / target command.
Punishment: prison for 2 hours.

4.3 It is prohibited to intentionally create situations in which Players can not pass through arches, narrow passages, etc.
Punishment: a prison for a period of 2 hours, until the account is locked.

4.4 Prohibited mass killings (PK) beginners in the starting locations, as well as offer them PVP, being much higher level.
Punishment: a prison for a period of 2 hours, until the account is locked.

4.5 The so-called "locomotives" are forbidden; It is forbidden to take far away mobs from their habitats.
Punishment: a prison for a period of 2 hours, until the account is locked.

5. Exchange and trade

5.1 It is prohibited to exchange, in any form, game characters and / or accounts, both within a single server, and between servers. It is forbidden to mention or conduct a discussion of such transactions in the game, as well as on third-party resources.
Punishment: removal of all game accounts.

5.2 The exchange between servers of any game things (adena, weapons, armor, resources, etc.) is prohibited. It is forbidden to mention or conduct a discussion of such transactions in the game, as well as on third-party resources.

5.3 Prohibited to sell or buy for real money, as well as equivalent "electronic payment means" (WebMoney, Yandex Money, etc.), any game items (adena, weapons, armor, resources, etc.). 5.4 It is forbidden to spam messages about the sale / purchase in the hero chat.

6. Use of errors, shortcomings, cheat programs.

6.1 It is forbidden to use "left" software (software): clickers, macros on the mouse, bots. Automation of the game process is prohibited. It is forbidden to stuff PvP-koins on twins.
Punishment: blocking all accounts.

6.2 Unauthorized access to other accounts is prohibited with the aim of stealing the virtual property of the Player.
Punishment: removal of all gaming accounts and blocking access by IP.

6.3 It is forbidden to use server errors (bugs). If the Player is aware of an error, he must immediately notify the Administration of it.
Punishment: from account blocking to the removal of all gaming accounts.

6.4 It is forbidden to violate the rules of the vote service (vote more than once a day).
Punishment: Block all accounts.

6.5 It is forbidden to kill monsters or NPCs when they can not hit the Player due to reasons not caused by the game.
Punishment: account lockout.

7. Voluntary donations

7.1 It is strictly forbidden to make voluntary donations to the Service for persons under the age of majority.

7.2 Additional bonuses, in the form of Donation Coin, are provided to Players free of charge. The funds transferred by the Players as voluntary contributions are donations, do not serve as a source of profit, and are used by the Administration solely for the realization of socially useful purposes, namely, the development of the project, rental of equipment, payment for Internet traffic, advertising, as well as other measures directed to improve the provided Service.

7.3 It is forbidden to transfer payments to the Service from the very beginning, pursuing fraudulent, as well as any other purposes that violate the laws of the Russian Federation, or the rules of the Service.

7.4 The Administration shall not be liable for any damage caused by crediting donations from the Player.

7.5 In case of receipt of a claim on the Player by the cellular operator or payment system, all Player accounts will be blocked and all of its data will be transferred to the security service of the mobile operator or payment system for which claims have been made.

7.6 Accepting the rules of the Service, the Player guarantees that all payments are absolutely legal, transferred to the Service voluntarily as a donation and are not refundable. And also the fact that all SMS payments are sent only from a phone bill, to which the Player has full rights.

8. Other

8.1 In the event that the Player commits an act that clearly prejudices other Players, the game process, the site, but not explicitly stipulated in the rules, the Administration has the right to impose a penalty adequate to the committed act (up to IP blocking and removal of all accounts of the intruder in the game).

8.2 In case of repeated violation by the Player of the same rule, the term of punishment is determined at the discretion of the Administration, but not below the maximum penalty for violation of this rule. In addition, with frequent repetition of violations of the rules, the Administration has the right to extend the term at will, up to the removal of accounts and blocking by IP.
